Web and mobile apps, end to end: React and Next.js on the front, NestJS over PostgreSQL behind them, React Native on a phone. One person doing the schema, the API and the screen. If a project only needs one of those layers, that works too.
Three ways, usually. A product built from nothing - design, database, deployment, the lot. An app for people away from a desk, where offline and sync matter more equally as making UI beautiful and smooth. Or something already built that has grown slow, which I measure, fix, and show you the before and after.
A focused build is usually four to eight weeks; a full product with auth, roles and an admin side takes longer. You get a scoped estimate before anything starts, and I flag a slip the week it appears, not the week it was due.
A call to understand the problem, a written scope you approve, then weekly updates with something you can click - deployed, not a screenshot. Feedback happens throughout, not just at the end.
You will. I hold the repository while the work is in progress, but you have access throughout, so you can read every commit rather than wait for a reveal. Ownership transfers once the product is finished and paid for - repository, environment, deployment, and a walkthrough for whoever maintains it next.
Fixed price per project once the scope is agreed, so you know the number before I begin rather than watching an hourly total climb. If the scope changes, we agree the difference first.
A few things I cannot include because they are not mine to sell: the domain name, hosting, a database if needed, and a mailbox on your own domain. Occasionally a paid font or stock photo, only if you choose one. I set it all up in your name, at cost, and tell you the cost before you commit. For a straightforward site it is a small annual figure, and a lot of it starts free.
I am still there. A small change - wording, a colour, a form field - I would rather just do than invoice you for. Anything larger is quoted the same way as the original work, at rates that stay reasonable since you are not paying an agency to relearn your codebase. And if something breaks because of how I built it, that is mine to fix.
